Monster Descriptions are Sent (via Internet Email) to a
Companion Class
Students in the Companion Class Attempt to Recreate the
Monster from its Description
Students Exchange Pictures to See How Close the Redrawn
Monsters Duplicate the Originals.
Educational Goals
This project, besides being just plain fun, is a good example of
how access to computers and the Internet can be leveraged to
help engage our children in activities designed to develop basic
and essential skills. Projects such as this can motivate students
and stimulate learning behavior that will carry over into the regular
academic program.
